In the event of a favorable decision you will typically be invited to an interview by representatives from our Human Resources department. Furthermore, we utilize Assessment Center technologies to help select recruitment candidates.

The prerequisite for an application as consultant is a completed academic education. Recruits coming from different degree programs (non - Business Sciences) are basically possible; a parallel commercial background would definitely be very helpful

As a consulting trainee you will be immediately integrated into the project work. This may be realized either through your engagement on-site at the client or in a local back-office. Assignments depend on your actual skills as well as on our consulting clients.

From our point of view, an instructive traineeship starts at a length of three months. The insights that you will gain during your time at the client site or in the back-office are considerably more profound and valuable.

For this reason, we accept applications with a minimum time span of three months.
